Re-Timer Jet Lag Glasses, 2013 Global Launch Re-timer was exhibited at the 2013 Global Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, USA, and was officially launched worldwide and was named one of the "Top 10 Must-Have Items for Travelers" by CNN. Re-Timer is the world's first portable circadian clock regulator. It regulates the body's own melatonin secretion by emitting a special soft green light, thereby helping frequent jet lag travelers, sleep-onset or early awakening insomnia, shift or overtime workers with sleep disorders to adjust the body's biological clock and restore natural and healthy sleep quality.

The inventor claims it can help shift workers cope with jet lag in black and white, and even help lazy teenagers who lie in bed get up early. Re-Timer green glasses aren't trendy glasses, but researchers in Australia say the magical device means people can say goodbye to jet lag forever and can even help teens who are in bed in the morning get out of bed.

(Note: 50 minutes, insisting on wearing it for less than three days, you can push the body clock to go to bed early and get up early, fall asleep earlier at night, wake up earlier in the morning.) Or if falling asleep and waking up too early is a problem, if you want to delay your body clock and wake up later, wear glasses for 50 minutes before going to bed.

Four independent trials have been conducted at Flinders University to assess the effectiveness of re-timer prototypes.
